Using a simple grid, it defines tasks according to their importance and urgency:

  • Quadrant 1 - URGENT and IMPORTANT - CRISIS
  • Quadrant 2 - NON-URGENT and IMPORTANT - Goals and Planning
  • Quadrant 3 - URGENT and NOT IMPORTANT - Interruptions
  • Quadrant 4 - NOT URGENT and NOT IMPORTANT - Distractions

What is SCRUM?
